He is survived by: his wife Belinda Hicks; his children, Heidi McElory (Charles), Kelli Rish (Adam), Hanna Benton (Alex Welsh), Johnathan Draughan (Brandy Kay) and Joshua Draughan; his grandchildren, Charles "Trey" Weaver (Amaya), Maleah Chavis (Jake), Ciaran Rish, Alyssia Rish, Faith Benton, Gabriel Welsh, Amelia Welsh, Matthew Draughan, Grayson Draughan and Joshua Draughan; his great grandchildren, Alaina Cooper, Lawsyn and Lynnde Weaver; his siblings, Dean Hicks, Clara Baity and Scott Hicks; and his brother-in-law Chad Kilgore (Ann).
