She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Jackson and Willer Jackson; her son James D. Wooden; her grandsons, Joshua J. Wooden and James D. Wooden Jr.; and her siblings, Walter of Lethonian, Athel, Carnell, John Jackson, James, Fogle, O'Jetter Brannum, Lillian Gaines, Willa M. Robinson and Jessie M. Milhouse.
She is survived by: her husband Curtis Wooden Jr.; her daughter Renee Williams (Brandon); her mother-in-law Alwillie Wooden; her sisters-in-law, Christa Belll Fulmer, Debra Maze, Eartha-Dean James, Helen Jackson, Leatha M. Jackson, Margaret Jackson and Vera Lucus; her stepsister Karien Pough; her brothers-in-law, Donniel Wooden (Bernetha), Eddie L. Wooden, Ronnie Wooden (Sennia) and Willie B. Robinson; and her great grandchild Amir J. Mickens. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
