She was predeceased by: her husband James "Archie" Gartman; her son Billy Gene Gartman; her parents, Earl Melvin and Gladys Lucas Hutto; and her siblings, Elsie Lucas, Geneive Cooper, Gerald Lucas and Victor Lee "Pete" Hutto.
She is survived by: her grandsons, Randy Gartman (Tracy) and James Ray Gartman (Julie); and her great grandchildren, Leanne Padgett (Trey), Allyson Hamilton (Russ) and Torie Douglas (Brent).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials be made to Dean Swamp Baptist Church.
