She was predeceased by: her husband John Lewis Kozur; her daughter Suzanne "Bootsie" Michelle Kozur; her siblings, Charles Smith (late Josephine) and Thomas Smith; her brother-in-law Robert G. Kozur (Kathleen); and her parents, Helen Victoria Czyrny Smith and Henry Charles Smith.

She is survived by: her children, John Charles Kozur (Lee Hill), Robert "Bob" Stephen Kozur (Wanda) and Alicia Beth Kozur Caughman (Ronnie); her stepgreat-grandchildren, Kevin Schroeder, Jr., Daniel Menchey, Savannah Schroeder, Jasmine Wersten, Liam Wersten and Jonathan Schroeder; and her sisters, Joan H. Economos (late Taki) and Carol Williams (Jim). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
