He was predeceased by: his parents, Favion Proveaux, Jr. and Dorothy Dyches; and his brother-in-law Thomas Brazell. He is survived by: his wife Ellen Proveaux; his sons, Chad McLean Proveaux (Emily) and Lee Proveaux; his siblings, Ramona Brazell, June Brazell (Billy), Heather Hutto (Jason) and Brett Proveaux; his brother-in-law Kelly Parrish (Beverly); his brother Ted White; and his children, Brittany Davis, Chris Bergeron (Carmen) and Matthew Yoder. He is also survived by numerous nephews, a niece, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
