He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmore Williams and Corine Frazier Williams; and his siblings, Sandra Williams and Willie Williams. He is survived by: his wife Zelma Hay Williams; his daughters, Kenya (Maurice) and Rhonda; his grandchildren, DaMonte, TeAnna (Chris), Zavier, Jamil and Jerald; his siblings, Ruthie Mae Daniels, Regina Woodward, Christie Woodward, Victoria Williams, Tara Evans (Danny), Lewis Williams (Jackie), Clarence Williams (Viola), Jerome Williams, Ronnie Williams, Richard Williams, Keron Williams (Valerie) and Donnie Williams; and his sisters-in-law, Emma Morrison, Janie Smith, Katie Evans (Paul), Linda Rice (Earl) and Sharon Hay. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and many friends.
