He was predeceased by: his parent Jeffrey Dale Swartz. He is survived by: his parent Tammy Bolen Swartz; his child Kennedy Baylor Swartz; his sibling Jamie Elizabeth Swartz; his grandparents, Edward Swartz (late Wanda), Paulette Bolen (late Jimmy), Victorino Sorcia and Ofelia Sorcia; and his siblings, Oscar Chavez, Jr., Andy Chavez and Isabella Chavez.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials be made to an Education Trust which is being opened for Kennedy.
