He was predeceased by: his father David Michael "Mike" Holder, Sr.; and his grandparents, Alfred, Ruby Seay, Jack and Leora Holder.
He is survived by: his mother Cynthia "Cindy" Marie Seay Holder; his brother Michael Holder (Amber); his nieces and nephews, Austin Holder, Asher Holder, Lyla Holder and Sutton Holder; and his aunts and uncles, Pat Garvin, Carol Witzell (John), Fred Seay (Gina Wilson), Sandra Seay, Jack Holder (Linda), William "Bill" Holder (Joy), Patsy Mills and Nancy Pryor (Harris).
