She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Tuten; her parents, Harry Pope and Florence Askew Pope; her son Charles Tuten, Jr.; and her brothers, Jimmy Tapley and Richard Pope.
She is survived by: her children, Marilyn DeLoach of Hampton and Wendell Tuten of Hampton; her grandchildren, Walt DeLoach, Blake DeLoach, Kyle Tuten, Jeb Dobson and Leah Tuten; her sons, David Lee and Justin Nix; and her sister-in-law Patsy Pope of Hampton. She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the First Christian Church - Hampton (400 Holly St E, Hampton, SC 29924).
