With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marceil Turner Mixon of Varnville, South Carolina, born in Spartanburg, South Carolina, who passed away on March 28, 2023 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Odell Turner and Mattie Gosnell Turner; and her siblings, Earline Cheek (Gary), Paul Turner (Barbara), Carol Turner (Ester), Bill Turner (Dot), JT Turner (Mavis) and Clyde Turner (Brenda).
She is survived by: her son W. R. "Roddy" Mixon; her grandchildren, Matthew Mixon and Kelli Mixon Guffey (David); and her great grandchild Theodore Guffey.
