He is survived by: his sisters, Norma Derr (Butch), Pat Jewell (Robert) and Donna Cupp; his sister-in-law Belva Northcutt; and his close friends, Jim Reynolds, Douglas Smith, Regina and Greg Moorman. He is also survived by many other family members, close friends.
