William L. Carter Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of William L. Carter of Vance, South Carolina, who passed away on October 27, 2022 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth Dukes Carter and William Hamilton Carter; his wife Ernestine Rhode Carter; and his stepson Danny Rhode. He is survived by: his brother Walter D. Carter (Libby) of Seneca, SC; his nieces, Sharon Stringer (Dean) of Merritt Island, FL and Amanda Lindsey of Seneca, SC; his nephew Walter D. Carter, Jr. (Missy) of Jacksonville, FL; and his stepchildren, Miles Rhode and Connie Rhode Serra (Charlie).
