He was predeceased by: his parents, Aquilla Fulton Drawdy and Flossie Ayers Drawdy; his daughter Sharon Drawdy Russell; his granddaughter Margo Shuler; and his siblings, Jewel Chavis, Bonnie Shearer, Iris Lohan, Ralph Drawdy of Jensen Drawdy, C. F and Kenneth Drawdy.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Virginia Sutcliff Drawdy; his children, Steve Drawdy, Michelle Newsome (Timmy), Travis Drawdy (Heather) and Shane Drawdy (Patience); and his sister Sandra Courie. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren.
