He is survived by: his wife Sharon Glenn Kelly; his daughters, Taleeta Kelly of Union, SC, Tonya Tucker (Kenneth) of Union, SC and Joslin Kelly of Union, SC; and his siblings, Jesse Kelly (Mary), Carl Dawkins, Albert Lee Dawkins of Union, SC, Levander Dawkins of Columbia, SC, Helen Degraphenreid of Union, SC, Rosa Rice of Union, SC, Mattie Pearl Dawkins of Union, SC and Drucilla Dawkins of Union, SC. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
