He was predeceased by: his parents, Deacon Mike Spencer, Sr. and Dorothy Dean Kelly Spencer; and his brother Joe William Kelly. He is survived by: his children, Marcus Jermaine Spencer (Stephanie), Kenneth Jemar Spencer, Justin Rashad Spencer and Demetria Terry-Thomas (John) of Greenwood, SC; and his siblings, Mike J. Spencer, Jr. (Dianne) of Carlisle, SC, Keith O'Bryant Spencer (Evangelist Maxine) of Carlisle, SC, Rev. Charles E. Spencer (Lauren) of Dayton, OH, Carolyn Spencer Hardy of Carlisle, SC and Kathy Spencer McConnell (Pastor Eddie) of Carlisle, SC. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 5:00 PM at the Community Mortuary (361 Meansville Rd, Union, SC 29379). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Outreach Deliverance Church (4317 King Kennedy St, Carlisle, SC 29031). A burial was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at the same location.
