He is survived by: his parent Laura Worthy Beaty; his siblings, Worthy Beaty of Union, SC and Dorothy Worthy of Chambersburg, PA; his niece Lisa Worthy Rice; and also, Henry Beaty (Carol) of Columbus, OH and Bluegrass Drive. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
