He was predeceased by: his parents, Horace Whitmire and Kathleen Walker Sanders; his son Leroy Walker, Jr.; and his sister Shirley Jean Coleman. He is survived by: his spouse Minister Marie P. Bayne Walker; and his children, Michael Walker (Tina) and Lakeisha Walker. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins.
