He is survived by: his children, Michelle Hughey (Reginald) of Spartanburg, SC, Shaketha Rorie (Tremaine) of Winston Salem, NC, Aryahna Cohen of Columbia, SC, Jesse James Hardy, III (Kimberly) of Dacula, GA, Arlando Salter of Union, SC, Manderian Smith of Spartanburg, SC and Jonathan Hardy of Oakland, CA; and his siblings, Michael Eugene Hardy (Linda) of Union, SC and Jacqueline Hardy Fleming of Union, SC. He is also survived by eighteen grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
