He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Gilliam Stevens; his children, Hillard Stevens, Jr. (Dawn) and April Watkins (Daryl); his sister Ruth McMorris; his daughters, RoMeka Smith and RoMisha Smith; and his sisters-in-law, Dora Mae Stevens, Linda Gilliam (Calvin Payton) and Betty Woodard (Ralph). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, sisters-in-laws.
