He is survived by: his children, Harold Thompson Jr. (Marlene), Eric J. Thompson (Tanica) and Erica T. Ruth (Marcus); and his sisters, Andell Thompson and Ethel Lee Rice (Robert). He is also survived by six grandchildren.
