She was predeceased by: her husband Louis D. Peake, Sr.; her parents, Lewis Smith and Elizabeth Eison Smith; and her daughters, Mary Peake Barrett and Barbara Peake.
She is survived by: her children, Louis D. Peake, Jr., Ruby M. Peake (Daycare) of Union and Patrica A. Peake of Union; her grandchildren, Tashima Sims, Larissa Means, Latonia Barrett, Shiree Hill, Terress Peake, Jamar Peake, Mary Peake, Angela Jeter and Brittany Thompson; her sister Minnie P. Rice of Spartanburg, SC.; her siblings-in-law, James Peake (Mary) of Union, Richard Segres of Woodbridge, VA., Helen Carter (Howard) of Aliquippa, PA and Ruby Henderson; her godchildren, Emma Garner, Minister Calandra Barrett, Felicia Mitchell and Elder Frederick Gregory; and her siblings, Bernestine Gregory, Beverly Smith, Virgina Beaty, Perrie L. Segres, Ervin Smith, Myles Smith and Lewis Smith, Jr.. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, close relatives, and friends.
