She was predeceased by: her parents, William Gist and Etta Thelma Jennings Gist; her siblings, William Gist and Thelma Fuller; her grandson Quinton Tele; and her son-in-law Robin L. Lucas.
She is survived by: her children, Anthony Thomas Jones, Jr. of Union, SC, Adolphus Ray Jones of Union, SC, Andrena D. Jones-Sharp of Shaker Heights, OH and Rita M. Jones Lucas of Union, SC; and her grandchildren, Willie J. Rice, Lucretia Green (Derrick), A'mericia Shanuale Jones and James A. Sharp, IV (Rhian). She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren, four great-great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
