It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Clay Evan Thigpen (Turbeville, South Carolina), who passed away on January 28, 2022, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Thigpen and Winnie Coker Thigpen; and his siblings, David, Edwin, Pressley Charles Thigpen and Vella Mangum (Grant) of Rocky Mount, NC..
He is survived by: his sisters, Linda Little of Raleigh, NC, Emily Booth (Bill) of Wilmington, NC, Ellen Jahn (Larry) of Cary, NC, Katrina Moore (Don) of Lake City, SC, Wendy Stogner (Phil) and Scotland; and his fiancée Barbara Geddings of Turbeville, SC.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
CDC guidelines for the COVID-19 virus and social distancing will be observed during the service. All attendees will be required to wear a mask.
