She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Matthews and Malinda Carraway Matthews; and her siblings, Alma McElveen, Betty Gray, Barzella Lawhon and Pressley Matthews.
She is survived by: her husband Rev. Allen Lynch of Darlington; her daughters, Maura Arnold (Johnny) of Darlington and Joni Moody (Lance) of Darlington; her adoptive daughter Coquis Janette Tiscareno Burke (Brian) of Newport Beach, CA; and her grandchildren, Katelyn Kirven (Clay Windham), Ansley Kirven, Joshua Arnold, Ashley Moody, Fatima Burke, Hogan Burke and Brianna Burke.
