He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Frank White, Jr. and Fannie Creswell White; and his brother Joe Frank White, III. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen "Kay" Louise White; his sons, Michael Troy White (Rachel) and Joe White; his stepchildren, Joshua Reynolds (Keli), Savannah Seels (Randall), Jordan Reynolds, Sydney Reynolds and Gabrielle Reynolds; and his sisters, Brenda Steer (Robert), Rosie Miltner (Mark), Pat Kelley (Dave), Kathy Battey (Coley) and Melissa White.
