He is survived by: his children, Stephanie DeCosta of Trenton, SC, Eric DeCosta (Rhonda) of Evans, GA and John Mitchum of Death Valley; his siblings, Debbie Decosta Razo of Cleburne, TX, Karin Chavis of Barnwell, SC, Kerrie Bates (Chip) of Barnwell and Michael DeCosta (Karen) of Alcolu, SC; his grandchildren, Brianna Howard of Evans, GA, Jacob Jennings of Aiken, SC, Dylan Jennings of Evans, GA, Erica Jennings of Aiken, SC, Emma DeCosta of Evans, GA and Shawn Mitchum of Owensboro, KY; and his great grandchildren, Grayson Jennings of Evans, GA, Maverick Jennings of Aiken, SC, Leona Jennings of Aiken, Alexander and Colton of Pelion, SC. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
