She was predeceased by: her husband Billy J. Floyd; and her parents, Monroe Mathis and Lillian Nichols Mathis. She is survived by: her children, Sandra Patterson (Billy), Shirlene Frick and Darrell Floyd; and her siblings, Betty Plunkett, Janice Barton, Thomas Mathis and Larry Mathis. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, thirty-two great grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren.
