He was predeceased by: his wife Peggy McDonald; and his parents, Fred McDonald and Alice Bullard McDonald. He is survived by: his brother Carlton McDonald; his grandsons, Bryan and Marshall Smith (Brandy); his great grandchildren, Hunter Smith, Logan Smith, Mallorie Smith, Gracen Hawks, Sebastian Smith and Fox Smith; and his pet Billy Ray.
