He was predeceased by: his parents, Joel Roper "Bubba" Moss, Sr. and Margaret Gardner Moss; and his sister Helen Moss Summer. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Ann Moss; his children, Stephens Roper, Joel Vann (Carrie) and Anna Moss (Jim McNinch); and his grandchildren, Emily Ann and Carter Vann Moss.
