With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bunny P. Newman of Trenton, South Carolina, born in Augusta, Georgia, who passed away on June 20, 2023 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence E. Palmer (Shorty) and Laura Landrum Palmer; and her son John Garrett Quattlebaum. She is survived by: her husband Alfred Freeman Newman; her daughter Lauren Beasley (Dale); her grandchildren, Brinley Jean and Logan James; her siblings, Cheryl Gray, Emily Boyles (Dooley), Ann Nelson, Larry Palmer (Kim), Susan Greger (Ron) and Troy Palmer (Donna); and her sisters-in-law, Rosanne Mason (Charles) and Terri Padgett (Richard). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
