He was predeceased by: his parents, William Marcus and Mattie Lou Holcombe Gilstrap; and his brother-in-law Bill Keith. He is survived by: his wife Aileen Wright Gilstrap; his children, Ginger Gilstrap Huggins (Chip) and William "Bill" David Gilstrap (Cindy); his siblings, Dorothy Ann Keith and John Coy Gilstrap (Teresa); his grandchildren, Hiller Wright Huggins, Laine Huggins Jones (Nathan) and Alice Paige Gilstrap; and his great grandchildren, Rory Ann and Trotter Jones.
