He was predeceased by: his parents, James Troy Sanders, Sr. and Annie Sue Sanders (Dockins); and his sister Sherry Ward. He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Day Sanders; his son Cole McKinley Sanders; and his brother James "Jamie" Troy Sanders, Jr. (Wendy).
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Howze Mortuary, Inc. (6714 State Park Rd, Travelers Rest, SC 29690). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Howze Mortuary Chapel (6714 State Park Rd, Travelers Rest, SC 29690).
