She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Lindsey and Levada Mullinax Lindsey; her children, Portia Shipman Justice and James Wesley "Jimmy" Shipman; her sister Mildred Nix; and also, James W. Shipman and Bob Morgan.
She is survived by: her daughters, Martha Powell and Angela Shipman Morgan; her brothers, Glenn LIndsey and Harvey J. Lindsey; and her grandchildren, Allan Justice, Kyle Justice, Jessica Shipman and Kourtney Morgan Looper. She is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
