He was predeceased by: his father Joe Carroll Rimes. He is survived by: his wife Kim Johnson Rimes of Lake Charles; his sons, Jason Paul Rimes (Jennifer), Aaron Beau Rimes and Patricia; his grandchildren, Jamison Beau Rimes and Makenna Jai Rimes; his mother Helen Buller Rimes of Lake Charles; his sisters, Sharon "RunRun" Davis and Carol Rimes Manuel (Brent); and his siblings-in-law, Jan Johnson Whaley (Ricky), Johnny Johnson (Brigitte), Phillip Johnson (Kathy), David Johnson (Bridgitte) and Gus Johnson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and many dear friends.
