He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Rude and Pheobe Rude; and his siblings, Ronald, Donald, Bradley and Pamela Giordano.

He is survived by: his wife Jill Rude (DeCicco); and his son Timothy Rude, Jr.. He is also survived by his family, friends, and his beloved cats.
