She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Fontenot and Essie Hebert Fontenot; and her siblings, Ruth Milligan, Mildred Stanley, Opal Milsap, Mabel McGee, Miami Dunn, Woodrow Fontenot and Joe Fontenot.
She is survived by: her daughters, Patricia Ann Inge (Jerry) of Irving, TX and Helen Louise Takacs of Lake Charles; her grandchildren, Christine Czellecz (Mike), Jamie Inge (Christie), Michelle Johnson (Bill), Jeff Latham (Becky) and Paula Latham; and her spouse Zolan James Takacs. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren.
