She was predeceased by: her parents, George Scott and Margaret Scott; and her sisters, Lorraine Lyons, Elaine Casbier and Jeanine Landis.
She is survived by: her husband Homer Myers; her children, Dale Myers (Paula) of Lake Charles, Dwight Myers (Rita) of Vung Tau, Vietnam and Tammy Newby of Beaumont, TX; her siblings, Eleanor Eatherly, Bonnie Hooks, Mava Branham and George Scott Jr.; and her grandchildren, Christopher Myers (Jennifer), Lindsey Myers LeBlanc (Blake), Tod Everage (Llewellyn), Cole Everage (Amanda), Samantha Myers Houston (Matt), Racheal Newby Stambaugh (Sean), Karen Newby Langham (Joshua), Graeme Newby (Randi Kay), Matthew Newby (Ashlea) and Jeniya Jenkavinska (Levik).
