She is survived by: her mother Peggy Payne Starkey; her husband Ronnie Dell Garland; her children, Jessica Garland Duncan (Justin) and Jason Kelly Garland; her brother Tommy Dale Starkey (Pam); and her grandchildren, Jacob Wayne Duncan and Lyndsey Duncan Budzowski (Rob). She is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.
