He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Bailey and Lurla Mae Tolley Bailey; and his daughter Tammie Raye Wilson. He is survived by: his wife Fronda Hindman Bailey; his children, Angie Bridgeman, James Bailey (Christie) and Tony Hoffman (Wendy); his brother Junior Bailey (Virginia); his grandchildren, Madison Bailey, Justin Bailey, Alice Kathryn Bridgeman, Jacob Bridgeman, Kimberly Hope Hoffman, Ann Hooper (Cody) and Heather Little (Joe); and his great grandchild Bradley Little.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Faith Temple (5058 Sandy Flat Rd, Taylors, SC 29687).
