With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phillip Cooley of Travelers Rest, South Carolina, born in Denver, Colorado, who passed away on August 28, 2020. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, David Manuel and Peggy Lorene Smith Cooley; his sisters, Cathy Gambrell and Joy McGuire; and his grandson Matthew Graham.
He is survived by: his wife Angela Bowlin Cooley; his children, Michael Cooley (Serenity) of Durham, NC, Matthew Cooley of Honea Path, Missy Lorene Campbell (Chad) of Lyman and Kayla Cooley of Honea Path; his stepson Kevin Bowlin of Honea Path; and his siblings, Kelly Cooley of Piedmont, Shane Cooley (Brenda) of Honea Path, Teresa Williamson of Elsah, IL and Robin Stallings of Belton. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
