We are sad to announce that on June 6, 2021, at the age of 88, Peggy Jean Gallanthen (Travelers Rest, South Carolina) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, George Lester and Myrtle Pollard Holloway; and her siblings, Annie Ruth Dolce, Bobbie Nell, J. D. Holloway, Jr. and Ed Holloway.

She is survived by: her children, Charmaine Hajjar and Johnnie Slate; her brothers, William Holloway (Deb) and Butch Holloway (Pat); her grandchildren, Johnnie Slate, Jr., Jessica Slate, Megan Slate, Ashley Hajjar and Nicolas Hajjar; and her great grandchildren, Dominic, Sara, Erik, Gabriella, Amelia and Isaac.
