He is survived by: his daughters, Patricia West (Lynn), Deborah Waits (Bobby), Paula Childers and Pamela McCormick; his grandchildren, Brian, Brad, Jessica, Amanda, Paul and Brittany; and his siblings, Louise Larke, Gladys Larke, Irene Menke, Shelby Bartlett, Jimmy Greene, David Greene and Dennis Greene.
