Parker Neff Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Parker Neff (Travelers Rest, South Carolina), born in Columbia, South Carolina, who passed away on March 29, 2019 at the age of 21. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Edward Martin "Papa" and Margaret Geraldine Willis. He is survived by: his parents, John Allen Neff, Jr. and Dixie Jo Willis Neff; his niece Paislee Jo Neff; and his grandmother Judy Kay Neff.
