We are sad to announce that on January 11, 2021, at the age of 77, Michael Irwin Knopf in Travelers Rest, South Carolina, born in Brooklyn, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Max Knopf and Sonia Knopf; his stepfather Meir Reichman; and his son Paul Knopf. He is survived by: his wife Norma; his daughters, Ilene and Sascha; his grandchildren, Jessica, Joshua and Danielle; and his siblings, Woody (Claire Knopf), Phyllis Knopf (Yaakov Adler) and Marshall (Janice Harrington-Knopf). He is also survived by many cousins; as well as four cats and a dog.
In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made in Michael's honor to Doctors Without Borders or to The Humane Society.
