He is survived by: his wife Trudy Boudreaux of Westlake; his children, Megan Crockett (Christopher) of Westlake and Michael Boudreaux, Jr.; his sisters, Charlotte Johnson (Tony) of Edgerly and Patricia Marcantel of Iowa; and his granddaughters, Hadleigh Crockett and Charlee Crockett. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
