She was predeceased by: her parents, James Cobb and Sara Baker Cobb; her husband Roy Forrest; and her siblings, Kenneth, Cecil Cobb and Sara Cobb.
She is survived by: her children, Lisa Vaughn (Ralph), Don Forrest (Julie), Dianne Courson (Woodrow) and Dean Forrest (Gayna); her grandchildren, Drew Nesemeier, Benjamin Vaughn, Adam Nesemeier, Geoffrey Forrest, Alex Nesemeier, Zachary Forrest and Sierra Forrest; and her great grandchild Roy Nesemeier.
