With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Lucas Jack Carter (Travelers Rest, South Carolina), born in Charleston, South Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 26, 2024. He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Bruce Willis and Stanley Harris; and his great-grandparent Annette Sparks Carter. He is survived by: his parents, William Thomas and Madison Harris Carter; his brothers, Lincoln Joel Carter and Levi Thomas Carter; his grandparents, Scott, Tanya Willis Harris, Michael and Kimberly Terrell Carter; and his great-grandparents, Virginia Willis, Linda Harris, John, Dolly Gossett Terrell and Bill Carter.

A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 1st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Locust Hill Baptist Church (5534 Locust Hill Rd, Travelers Rest, SC 29690).
