Lois Poole Shockley Obituary

We are sad to announce that on November 27, 2019, at the age of 89, Lois Poole Shockley (Travelers Rest, South Carolina), born in Greenville, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Oscar Coleman; her parents, Erwin Amos and Emily Jones Poole; and her siblings, Dolca Baker, Avie Bishop, Tessie Mae Poole, Grace Robertson, Fannie Hawkins, Hazel Bayne, Sheldon Poole, Major Poole and Newman Poole.

She is survived by: her sons, Walter Shockley, Milton Shockley, Mike Shockley, Stephen Shockley and Donald Shockley; her sister Ethel Allen; and her grandchildren, Ann, Emily, Walter, Jr., Sara, Ambyr, Abby, Ruby, Nathan, Amanda, Stephanie, Caitlin and Haley. She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild and many loving nieces and nephews.
