He is survived by: his wife Barbara Bentley Riggins; his children, Donald Winferd Riggins (Freda Elaine), Larry Dale Riggins (Carolyn) and Donese Stewart (Jamie); his stepchildren, Jan Weast (David), Sam Stephens (Michelle) and Dean Harris; his sister Pawnee Moore; his grandchildren, Crystal, Brittney, Cody, Brandon, Natasha, James, Jeanette, Dawn, Cheryl, Brian, Madison and Jada; and his pet Sissy.
