He is survived by: his spouse Ellen Jean Hargett; his children, Pam Powers of Lake Charles and Russell Hargett; his grandchildren, Emma Hargett, Parker Hargett of Lake Charles and Taylor Powers (Jessica) of Missouri; his sister Margaret Becker of Bridge City; his siblings-in-law, Dickie Courts of Vidor, Faye Goodman and Hazel Courts; and also Beth. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
